Food okay, prices way too high *** Answer: The prices are approx. 20% higher than in comparable restaurants known to me.

The food is okay, but doesn't have to be for the price shown. At the time of Corona, I see it as critical that only one waitress wears the mask properly, a man doesn't wear the mask at all and hands out napkins after fingers in his mouth, and the female waitress parks the mask permanently on her chin. Oh yes, if they distribute something, contact details were not included. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

Overall, this place is neat. Nice decor, nice service. The papadam is unfortunately a bit limp, so not very crispy and doesn't really taste like lentils. The dips are pretty good. The naan works better. The garlic wasn't really tasty, the bread itself a bit gunmi-like. The rice was unfortunately standard rice without any seasoning. The Butter Chicken and the Alu Gobi were very tasty. The quality of the meat in the butter chicken could have been a bit better, it contained gristle.

Over 2 hours for the food, waited, bad and unfriendly service. Not recommendable

I don't normally write a review, but I don't want anyone to be as disappointed as we are. After we had to wait 1 hour we got cold and inedible "food" at moon prices. I have never experienced such unfriendly staff who also like to withhold tips by themselves. I've never invested my money so badly !!

I went to eat there yesterday with a friend. We looked at the menu, the time (it was after 9.30 p.m.) and the opening times. We would have fully understood if we had been told that the kitchen was already closed. The menu said it was open until 11.30 p.m., we had also asked if we could still eat. It was not denied. I've never experienced such lousy service. The waiter was very impatient when ordering. When I got up because there were different dishes on the large table than on the menu, I was greeted with "Is everything on the menu!" sent back to my place. The food was delicious and came quickly, but around us was already cleared, tidied up and then the waiter was standing behind us with the cordon chain, because he wanted to chain chairs and tables together. Then he asked relatively harshly "Have you already paid or not ?!" At this point in time it was 10:48 pm (receipt from 10:53 pm) It was extremely uncomfortable. So I have never been thrown out. What rude bad service. Three waiters - one is playing on the cell phone, one is cleaning up in an exaggeratedly conspicuous and intrusive way and one is visibly annoyed. Of course, I don't give a tip, no recommendation and only one star for the extensive selection and the good food. However, I will never go there again.

Very nice staff (the one guy without a turban), offered complimentary tea (for being desi) and I would recommend Hara Bhara Paneer for all the paneer lovers. It was amazing!

After waiting over 45 minutes we left before half our party had even placed their drink orders. The restaurant was maybe quarter full, but the staff seemed to be completely ignoring most of the tables. Many other tables were having the same issue. Avoid.

Appalling service. We waited for over 45min for drinks alone, despite multiple attempts to wave down the staff. When we then finally left to go elsewhere, they seemed surprised... 0/10 would not recommend.

45mins of waiting to be served. Caught the eye of two waiters and was ignored. Got up and left. Wasn't even that busy.

Friendly staff, good food and a nice environment. The meals were not expensive in comparison to the price levels here in Germany but the portions were not at all decent sized. Me and my wife had both the same idea that we came here to taste the food rather than to eat a meal that costs 25 € per person with drink and an appetizer. On the other hand , the waiter was too friendly and one must be fair and mention that. He offered to put in an extra portion of rice in the to-go box for our children. I do not think we would go again on the weekend but we will during the week because the Happy Dinner Card gets you a buy-one-get-one chicken dish which is great value.

Authentic Indian food , we had Karahi Gosht & Dal Makhni .. very delicious... Restaurant is decorated in classical Indian style. Service is good

I took something to go. The personal was very kind: they offered me a free indian tea while I was waiting. The tea was good! The food was tasty and rather cheap.

The food was good but it was overpriced for dinner. The worst part is since I'm a tourist they overcharged me like €15 and the waiter stood the still waiting for a tip. Sad.

Amazing place with lots of delicious food options, Friendly staff and a nice environment. I have been there for my official trip but never left that I am away from my home as I used to go to this place so frequently to feel the home food. Zafrani Chicken and Biryani were awesome and must try. Highly recommended. .

I was here for the first and last time!. Tasteless food, and the waiters as if thinking: "eat, pay and get out of here" The waiter who served the food was unpleasant. The man in the turban who was accepting the payment didn't even say goodbye. Is this the chef of this "restaurant"?? Catastrophe! This guy has no personal culture :/ Of course I didn't get the bill. Unfriendly service in general. I will eat at the bar 10 times cheaper and tastier in a pleasant atmosphere

Very authentic Indian restaurant with two floor seating arrangements . Interior decoration and ambience is great and provides very soothing feeling while having dinner. Staff is friendly and menu is big and covers almost every Indian delicacy.

The food was so bad, the service is bad, and the food was not fresh ( we got our samosa hot outside and inside was freezing) as well as the food served very late not mentioning that the bill was wrongful they charged us for things we didn’t get

I love the palak paneer.. if u ask for somewhat spicy, its heavely. Maida paratha is an ok ption, but too heavy. A regular paratha would be good.

Good Indian food in Dortumund

Totally unfriendly staff. Bad service. Too expensive for such bad quality food. Not recommended. If you order from the business menu you receive a really bad and unfriendly service. Or you can order from the normal menu, only if you wish to get ripped off: Its the same food, served in fancy metal plates but triple the price.

Goods in transit from Stuttgart via Kassel, Leipzig to Berlin. Stayed with a friend. Wanted to eat something in the city and landed here. We were received very friendly from the beginning. Ordered food. After a normal wait we had our really delicious food. ??? All the time we had fun and got in touch with the staff. We had a lot of fun with them. Everyone was friendly, radiated a calm and we realized they just wanted our best In terms of price, there are certainly better alternatives, but for us all made the food here a really great experience ??

I think , their quality in chicken is compromised because I feel they serve left over chicken in new curry. Not feeling good about it
